At ViVYiNC., every item is made and packed with care. Because many of our products are custom-made, handmade, or printed to order, please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom or personalized items
- Made-to-order products
- Sale or clearance items
- Sticker packs or small accessories unless damaged
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received:
- The wrong item
- A damaged item
- A defective print
Please email us at vivyinc.shop@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- A refund (if applicable)
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the mistake was caused by us.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, orders can no longer be canceled due to the custom nature of our products.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
